What if you could make a BIG impact on your health with just TWO steps?
Maybe your New Year’s resolution is to feel better and take better care of yourself.
But, where to start? It can feel overwhelming with so much conflicting information out there.
Make it SIMPLE!
These 2 STEPS will result in rewards right away…
PRIORITIZE SLEEP
Aim to sleep as close to daily light/dark cycles as possible.
Dim lights in the evening and unplug from electronics 1-2 hours before bed.
Go to bed and get up around the same times every day, including weekends.
Aim to get 7 hours or more of actual sleep. May need 8 hours in bed for that to happen.
Make your bedroom DARK to boost your own melatonin, and keep the temperature cool.LAY OFF SUGAR, FLOUR, AND SEED OILS
Just removing these 3 items as completely as possible will greatly reduce inflammation.
Find the flavor and sweetness in real food as you decrease added sugar.
Avoid liquid sugar like the plague. That means soda, sweet coffee drinks, and fruit juice.
Reduce or take the sugar out of cocktails.
You hear a lot about “gluten-free”, but the best thing is really “flour-free”.
Flour is essentially sugar to your body.
Eat the burger, leave the bun. Find lunch foods other than sandwiches or at least take off the top piece of bread.
Consume beneficial fats in generous amounts, like…
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), coconut oil, organic butter, and ghee.
Steer clear of sunflower, cottonseed, soybean, peanut, safflower, corn oils.
Prioritize YOU in 2022 with just 2 SIMPLE, yet POWERFUL STEPS.
Make them your new normal.
