About
I am a care-taker personality. I like helping people feel better. I remember, as a kid, telling my mother to drink cherry juice because it would help her arthritis. I have seen in my own life and in others that just small tweaks can often make a huge difference in how we feel and experience life.
I am also a minimalist and a naturalist. I love helping women promote their own health and that of their families with simple, natural means. If you had a baby with me you’ve heard me say “Warm water and air and light cure almost everything”. It might not always be quite that simple but more often than you might think!
After years of providing pregnancy and well-woman care, I have taken a step further. I completed Kresser Institute ADAPT practitioner functional medicine program in 2020. In 2022 I completed Level 1 in the School of Applied Functional Medicine and began Level 2. I am a lifelong learner, hooked on delving deep into specifics of body functions, getting to the root of the problem, and naturally supporting the body to get your health back on track faster and more effectively.
I thoroughly enjoy working with women, supporting and empowering them to find their power within. Knowledge IS power. And with the power of health, women can be strong, intuitive and happy. They can live joyfully!
